Join Our Team as an F&B Team Member!

Location: Warwick Food Group

Hours: Shifts between 7 AM and 7PM (with occasional weekends and late nights to midnight)

There are 8 positions available, please clearly state in your cover letter which role you are applying for.

1 x 25 hours per week, 52 weeks per year – FTC until 1st June 2026

1 x 20 hours per week/30 weeks per year

3 x 36.5 hrs per week/30 weeks per year

2 x 17.5 hrs per week/32 weeks per year

1 x 35.2 hrs per week/30 weeks year

What You’ll Be Doing

Serving with a Smile:

Delivering warm, efficient service to all our guests—whether you’re serving at the counter, working the till, or preparing a coffee.

Working As One Team

Supporting your colleagues and pitching in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly and positively.

Keeping It Fresh

Preparing food and drinks to spec, maintaining high presentation standards, and following safety and hygiene procedures.

Making a Difference

Helping us meet sales goals by recommending products, promoting offers, and giving every guest a great experience that keeps them coming back.

Staying Safe And Clean

Keeping our spaces spotless and safe by following cleaning routines and food safety practices.

About You

What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, can-do attitude and a passion for great service.
  • Willingness to learn and flexibility to work across different outlets.
  • Confidence using tills and handling card transactions.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment.
  • Team spirit—you enjoy working with others to get things done.

Experience in food service or as a barista? That’s a bonus—but not essential! We'll give you all the training you need.
