Food & Beverage Team Members are required to work in all areas of the Club. The successful candidate will ideally have previous hospitality/leisure industry experience. They must have a positive attitude, be a team player and be able to always deliver excellent customer service.

The role will consist of supporting the kitchen, running food, preparing small dishes,keep the pots and pans clean for the chefs, replenishing stock and supporting our FOH teams when required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and sterilising countertops, kitchen walls, stoves, ovens, grills and sinks
  • Cleaning the entire kitchen once it is closed to ensure it is ready for the next day
  • Maintaining the food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators
  • Receiving deliveries and organising them in the kitchen
  • Washing dishes, cutlery, pots, cutting boards and pans
  • Removing kitchen waste
  • Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment
  • Supporting the Chef in basic food preparation
  • Providing assistance to Prep Cooks and other kitchen staff, as needed

This is fixed term zero hour contract.The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. If you think you have the experience, skills and attributes we are looking for, please apply.
