ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. Other responsibilities will include: • Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options when dining. • Ensuring that the standard operating procedures set dining tables. • Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented and ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day. • Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options. • Being aware of resident’s dietary requirements. ABOUT YOU To succeed in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable in all you do.
