A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD AND BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT THE PRINCIPAL YORK

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Head of Food and Beverage, your day may include:

• Creating a warm and welcoming environment
• Responding promptly and effectively to guest requests and queries
• Setting up the Refectory Restaurant, Garden Room, and Chapter House Bar for service
• Assisting with Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and Dinner Service
• Serving guests light refreshments
• Taking food and drink orders and serving guests at their tables
• Maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, fostering teamwork and excellent service

To succeed as a Food and Beverage Team Member, you should have:

• A passion for delivering excellent service and creating memorable experiences
• Previous hotel experience is advantageous but not essential

• Flexibility to work in our Restaurant, Garden Room, and Bar on various evenings, days, and weekends
