As a F&B operative you will be responsible for serving Food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that each experience is memorable. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle a busy environment with ease. Objectives of this role

  • Act as the face of the hotel, engaging with guests while providing exceptional service

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and engage with guests to ensure a top-tier dining experience.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas.
  • Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
  • Assist with banquet events, conferences, and catering services.
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service operations.
  • Recommend menu items and upsell food and beverage offerings.
