A Day in the Life of a Food and Beverage Team Member

Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, we are looking for someone who enjoys variation and has a flexible approach to their working environment. Interested in learning how each of the different food and beverage areas within the hotel operate? We have got you cover at Thames Riviera Hotel. One day you might be hosting breakfast or dinner, working on the bar or setting up and hosting a corporate meeting or even serving at a Christmas event or a Wedding. It really is the department with the most variety!

What We Need From You

• To succeed in the role of Food & Beverage Team Member, you will need the following qualities and skills.

• Previous experience as bartender, waiter, barista, host is advantageous but not essential
• To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
