Are you an enthusiastic Front of House professional looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to join us at the Beechwood Kitchen in Queen Elizabeth Country Park. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in this modern, light-filled space serving good mood food and the best flat whites this side of the South Downs. Think hearty breakfasts, vibrant salads and freshly made food using locally sourced ingredients.

You will have a successful track record in the hospitality industry with great customer service skills as well as a basic understanding of budgeting, rotas, ordering, record keeping and stock control. Team leader experience is an advantage but not essential.

You will have a key eye for detail and immaculate personal presentation. You will be highly organised and have excellent communication skills, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. You will have the ability to cope in a busy environment, work well under pressure, and deal calmly with unexpected situations. You will be enthusiastic, self-motivating and demonstrate a passion for providing great customer service.

This role is part-time (29.6 hours) covering a seven-day operation, mainly daytime hours, with Sunday and Bank Holiday working paid at an enhanced rate. Additional seasonal overtime hours will also be available.

What We Can Offer You:

On top of this rewarding opportunity to work in a beautiful country park, we offer a competitive salary and generous benefits package.

In addition to excellent training and ongoing professional development, staff are enrolled in the local government pension scheme and benefit from flexible working with regular rota patterns, staff discounts, family friendly policies, free parking and meals when on shift.
