Food and Beverage Supervisor
Salary: £30,000 per annum plus £7,500 in tips
Accommodation: Live-in available, next door to the venue with a cost of £400pcm inclusive of bills.

We are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining areas. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily activities of the F&B team, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will work closely with the management team to foster a positive work environment and uphold our great reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, making guests feel welcome
Ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction, not just guests but the team in general.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service, because we love what we do.
Assist in inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Support the implementation of promotional activities and special events.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
