A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR AT HILTON GARDEN INN STOKE-ON-TRENT

What you'll be doing...

• Assisting and serving our guests through a proactive and flexible approach to meeting customer needs.
• Supporting your colleagues and other team members to ensure smooth department operations during your shift.
• Providing excellent customer service in the hotel's F&B areas.
• Training team members to ensure high standards.
• Meeting and adhering to KPIs.
• Completing ordering processes.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We hire mostly on personality & potential, but here are some requirements...

To succeed as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you should have good communication skills, be attentive to detail, follow instructions well, and be committed to providing outstanding guest service.

Experience as a waiter or bartender is desirable, but full training will be provided.
