A leading elderly care provider in Sheffield seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support the Hospitality Manager and ensure exceptional customer service and health standards in dining. The Food and Beverage Supervisor role at Avery Healthcare in Sheffield involves supporting the Hospitality Manager to ensure consistent customer care and service, as well as maintaining health and safety standards in the catering service. The successful candidate will have previous team leadership experience in a similar setting and the relevant qualifications to safely deliver food and hygiene practices.
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your focus will be to support the Hospitality Manager in delivering exceptional customer care and service, while also ensuring the catering operation meets the agreed standards and all health and safety measures are in place. You will liaise regularly with the Hospitality Manager and Head Chef to meet residents' hydration and nutritional needs, create a warm and welcoming dining atmosphere, and provide support and training to the catering team.

Your focus as Food and Beverage Supervisor is to support the Hospitality Manager ensuring that customer care and service are delivered in a consistent way, and that the home operates to the agreed standard regarding the catering service, whilst also ensuring that all Health and Safety measures are in place and adhered to within your area of responsibility.
