Loughborough University is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to manage outlets, supervise staff and ensure outstanding service across campus catering.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork and prior catering experience. It is a full-time, open-ended contract working 37 hours per week across 52 weeks, based in Loughborough.

Estates & Facilities Management are the campus hospitality provider at Loughborough University. We provide accommodation and catering within our halls of residence and within our various food and bar outlets for students, staff and visitors.

We require a Food & Beverage Supervisor to work within our busy outlets. To succeed within this position, you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, be able to work as part of a team and possess experience of working in a catering environment and of supervising staff.

The position that is available is for 37 hours per week on a 52 week, (5 over 7), open ended contract.
