As F&B Supervisor- Botanica, you will be busy managing the team and guest experience. This role requires stamina, energy, and enthusiasm. Role Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations to ensure flawless service across all Food and Beverage outlets.
  • Collaborate with Outlet Managers/Assistants to meet and exceed budget targets.
  • Step in for Assistant Managers when needed, covering service, resourcing, and product offerings.
  • Work as part of a team, continuously evaluating, training, and improving guest experiences.
  • Assist in creating and executing sales, profit, and staff development plans.
  • Help with table plan implementation to maximize covers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and practices to enhance profitability.
  • Engage weekly on Hubbub, our internal communication platform, to share positive updates and moments.
