HCA UK is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for London Bridge Hospital. The role supports the Hotel Services team, with shifts between 06:00 and 22:00, 5 days out of 7, at 37.5 hours per week.

You will lead a team, manage rotas and orders, and create a positive, energised environment to deliver exceptional culinary service for patients, visitors and staff. The role emphasizes patient care through high-quality nutrition, comfort food, and presentation, contributing to the hospital’s total

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Great with people, able to communicate clearly with team members and customers.
• Hold a Level 3 Food Hygiene and Safety certificate in catering (or similar).
• Have clear understanding of legislation and regulations – including food safety, health and safety, uniforms.
• Be completely focused on customer service, with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and solve problems.

**Food and Beverage Supervisor London Bridge Hospital****Shifts between 0600am and 2200pm, working 5 days out of 7 Full Time 37.5 hours per week Competitive salary + excellent benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits package plus career development)** We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Hotel Services team based at London Bridge Hospital in London.
