Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Enfield is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a team across indoor and outdoor operations, delivering high-quality meals and exceptional service to members.

You will help run events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights and other activities, while fostering a welcoming, inclusive club culture and opportunities for career progression through internal training.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality food and service to members.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Experience managing a large service delivery facility (restaurant, leisure, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team within indoor and outdoor operations and service delivery.
• Plan and run events (summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities).

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, we are looking for someone who is:
