Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager for our Harlow club. You will support the F&B management team in leading a team across indoor and outdoor operations, delivering quality food and exceptional service to our members and guests.

With experience in hospitality, you will help organise events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights, supporting a welcoming environment where members can work, relax or socialise.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a hospitality or leisure setting.
• Deliver high-quality food and service to members.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a team across indoor and outdoor operations, including events.
• Lead and supervise service during peak times and member engagements.
• Coordinate events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights and member activities.
