As a key member of our Food & Beverage department, you will play a vital role in the ongoing success of our hotels and in creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

What You'll Do:

1. Set the Standard: Ensure our restaurant and bar areas are impeccably prepared for service, maintaining exceptional presentation at all times.
2. Be an Ambassador: Represent our hotels with outstanding customer service, upholding our brand reputation.
3. Drive Success: Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to support the team and drive revenue growth, stepping in to lead in their absence.
4. Deliver Excellence: Focus on providing memorable and personalized food experiences for all guests.

Hotel:

The Holiday Inn Bristol-Filton is located just off Junction 1 of the M32, near UWE and MOD Abbeywood. It offers various dining options, a health and fitness club with gym, heated pool, and sauna, and a conference centre for up to 260 delegates. The hotel is set on 16 acres of landscaped grounds with a private fishing lake, providing a serene environment.
