Café & Bar Supervisor – Bay View Holiday Park

Join our award-winning team at Holgates Holiday Parks, based at the scenic Bay View Holiday Park on the Lancashire coast. We’re proud to offer memorable experiences, 5-star service, and stunning locations — and we’re looking for a dynamic Café & Bar Supervisor to lead by example and ensure the smooth running of our bustling food and beverage service.

Location: Bay View Holiday Park, North Lancashire

Hours: 30 hours per week, including weekends

Rate: Competitive + Benefits

About The Role

As a Café & Bar Supervisor, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our café and bar, ensuring exceptional service, motivating your team, and delivering smooth, high-quality operations during every shift.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-star customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued
• Accurately take food and drink orders and ensure prompt delivery
• Oversee daily service, coordinating effectively with the kitchen team
• Manage team performance and ensure staff are working efficiently on shift
• Resolve guest issues and complaints swiftly and professionally
• Uphold food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards
• Encourage a supportive, motivated, and productive team atmosphere

• Previous experience in a fast-paced café or bar setting
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving ability
