We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team at Parkdean Resorts.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef, helping run a smooth and efficient kitchen that serves up delicious meals and unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities include managing the team, training new talent, and ensuring everything stays fresh, on budget, and up to the highest standards. This is your chance to shine!
You’ll need to hold a basic Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification.
