Role Overview

The Food and Beverage Operations Manager will oversee all F and B outlets alongside the F and B Director at this luxury 5* hotel. The hotel offers a well-recognised style of dining with a unique and high-quality selection of produce.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the F and B strategy across the business, maintaining exceptional standards, and ensuring extraordinary guest service levels. This role is part of the hotel’s leadership team and involves driving the strategic direction of the department in collaboration with the Food and Beverage Director.
