Salary: £45,000 + Service Charge


We are recruiting an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager for a beautiful 4-star hotel in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with a strong background in hotel restaurant management to lead a talented team and ensure smooth and efficient service across all Food & Beverage outlets.


The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of:




  • Restaurant




  • Conference & Events Operations




  • Room Service




Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with the M&E Sales Manager and Executive Chef to maximise revenue, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive departmental profitability.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage day-to-day Food & Beverage operations




  • Ensure exceptional service standards in all outlets




  • Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team




  • Collaborate with Sales and Kitchen teams to optimise revenue opportunities




  • Control costs while maximising profitability




  • Act as the figurehead of F&B operations within the hotel




About You
