Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager job opening at Park Plaza County Hall London Hotel

As the friendly face of the 399 guest bedrooms, 7 Meeting and Events (M&E) spaces, Atrio Restaurant and Bar, and In-Room Dining at the stylish Park Plaza County Hall London Hotel, ideally located just south of Westminster Bridge overlooking the River Thames with spectacular views across London.

As our F&B Manager, you will lead by example, demonstrating to the rest of the team how to deliver a memorable experience to our guests.

We are looking for our F&B Manager, who will:

• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu development, team member recruitment and training, inventory management, cost control, and ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Ensure all our F&B outlets (M&E, Bar, Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Breakfast operation) run a smooth service that makes guests want to return
• Inspire, coach, and mentor F&B team members and the F&B Leadership team
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Work with the Operations Manager to ensure compliance in all safety-related matters
• be able to work a flexible work schedule to include weekends, mornings, mid and late evenings
• Respond to guests' complaints professionally.
