Leonardo Hotels in the UK is seeking a strategic Food and Beverage Manager to lead the F&B department across the hotel, directing day-to-day operations and driving guest experiences to exceed service standards.

You will manage the team, set KPIs, run regular meetings, and ensure rotas and training plans align with business needs, safeguarding work‑life balance while delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or F&B leadership.
• Ability to manage KPI targets and financial performance.
• Strong guest-service orientation and team coaching skills.

The Food & Beverage Manager will direct the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Food & Beverage department, as well as managing day to day operations through the engagement of the team.
