Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead restaurant and bar operations within our Harrogate hotel. You will work closely with the Head of Hospitality to maintain high service standards and drive guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes people leadership, cost management, and the ability to coach a large team to deliver memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large complex team in a customer-facing environment, ideally within hospitality.
• Ability to manage costs in line with budgets and drive sales as appropriate.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop your team.

What will I be doing?

Working closely with the Head of Hospitality, other Food and Beverage Managers and Food and Beverage Team Leaders you will ensure the smooth running of your restaurant or bar within the hotel.

Hospitality is a very important part of our guests’ experience when staying at Warner. As a Food and Beverage Manager you are part of one great team, working within our restaurant and bar facilities. With inspiring and tasty menus and settings to be proud of, you will play an integral part in providing a perfect customer journey for our guests.

• An individual with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and engage your leaders and team, even in times of high demand.
• A willingness to challenge if standards aren’t meeting required levels.
• Someone who can make decisions confidently.
• A passionate leader to coach and give feedback across the Food and Beverage department to improve performance.

What skills do I need?

• You'll need to be experienced in managing a large complex team in a customer facing environment, ideally with significant experience within hospitality
• You'll need to have the demonstrable ability to manage costs in line with budgets, and an understanding of where to drive sales as appropriate
• Have the ability to create an environment where the team are able to grow and develop
• You'll be a natural leader, with the ability to inspire and lead a team, communicating articulate ideas
