We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Dundonald Links in Irvine, Ayrshire . Fantastic competitive salary!

This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 variable days including weekends and bank holidays.

About The Role

Main responsibilities:

The successful Food and Beverage Manager will

  • Lead the Front of House team to ensure all guests at the resort receive five star, award winning standard of customer service that we pride ourselves on.
  • Complete rotas, manage stock budgets, complete stock checks and complete all necessary paperwork promptly.
  • Ensure the serving of food and beverages are prompt and efficient.
  • Ensure prompt glass collection and resetting of tables within the restaurant.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of all areas.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, using an EPOS system.
  • Identify and issue any required training amongst the Front of House team.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with previous Front of House management experience. The successful candidate will need excellent customer service and communication skills and a positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills. A driving licence and ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the retreat..
