Job Description

Grosvenor Casino, Manchester, Didsbury, M20 5PG

As an F&B Host, you will be the face of our business, greeting and entertaining our customers in a way that makes them feel welcomed and cared for. Your passion for people will be applied to create a memorable and entertaining experience. You will be a host in the true sense of the word, working hard to create a fun and engaging atmosphere that exceeds our guests' expectations.

You will:

1. Be customer obsessed and carry out your duties to ensure all customers have an amazing experience and can’t wait to return.
2. Be familiar with current promotions and products to help customers make the most of their visit.
3. Proactively offer friendly, efficient, and prompt food and beverage service, delivering products you are proud of!
4. Be aware of daily and weekly targets and contribute positively towards them.
5. Display a friendly and enthusiastic manner, responding positively to all customer requests in a polite and efficient way.
6. Replenish stocks to ensure products are always accessible to customers.

• Experience working successfully in a hospitality role

• Ability to work shifts at any time, including weekends and bank holidays.
