Supervisors need to have their Food Hygiene Level 2 and 3, be COSHH trained, and hold First Aid at Work certification.

Key responsibilities...
  • Maintain the appearance and safety compliance of the complex, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Provide a warm welcome to guests and ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the Complex Manager to manage labour costs and ensure seamless service.
  • Use ordering systems effectively to keep stock levels appropriate.
  • Manage cash and payment systems accurately.
  • Ensure safety in your area and across the park through our safety culture app.
  • Monitor food and beverage stock levels to ensure accuracy and profitability.
  • Partner with the Complex Manager to recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members committed to exceptional customer service.
