Responsibilities include...

• Maintaining the appearance and food safety standards of the complex.
• Providing a warm welcome to guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborating with the Complex Manager to manage labour costs and ensure seamless service.
• Using ordering systems effectively to keep the complex stocked appropriately.
• Managing cash and payment systems.
• Ensuring safety through our safety culture app.
• Monitoring food and beverage stock levels to maintain accuracy and profitability.
• Partnering with the Complex Manager to recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members committed to excellent customer service.
