Are you a creative, hands-on chef who loves motivating a team and delivering amazing food?

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team at Parkdean Resorts.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head and Sous Chef, helping run a smooth and efficient kitchen that serves up delicious meals and unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities include coordinating the team, training new talent, and ensuring everything stays fresh, on budget, and up to the highest standards.

You’ll need to hold a basic Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification.

What will you be doing?
  • Supporting the management of a passionate kitchen team

  • Managing kitchen operations, including food diaries, health and safety, stock, and staff training
  • Developing and delivering menus within budget to maximize profits and maintain quality
  • Stepping in for the Head or Sous Chef when needed, guiding the team confidently
  • Safeguarding by reporting safety concerns or system weaknesses
