Responsibilities
- Organise and carry out all mise-en-place duties prior to and after service to the required standards.
- Support the team to ensure efficient and smooth service during busy periods.
- Master the point-of-sale system for swift and precise order placement.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and with expert knowledge, maintaining the highest standards.
- Engage with and interact comfortably with guests and build a working rapport in service to ensure a smooth and elegant service experience.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and hunger to learn.
- This position requires working evenings, weekends, and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week, so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling.
- Please note: You must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK.
