The successful candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and experience in a similar customer-facing role. Responsibilities
  • Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Providing information and assistance to customers in person, or the phone

  • Great customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts which will include weekends and evenings
  • Duties include serving customers, taking orders, clearing tables and cashing up and generally following the company procedures
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintaining clean and organized front-of-house areas
