Podium at The Manchester Deansgate Hotel is on the lookout for a dynamic Food and Beverage Assistant. Join the excitement and become part of the IHG Hotels and Resorts family!

We have 4-hour per week contracts available, with opportunity to pick up extra shifts when business requires.

Welcome and look after our guests with warmth and professionalism, taking orders accurately and serving food and drinks with confidence and personality.

Use your knowledge of our menus to make thoughtful recommendations, guiding guests through their dining experience and helping to create memorable moments.

Work seamlessly with the wider team to ensure smooth service, always attentive to guest needs, dietary requirements, and allergen information.

Evening and weekend availability is essential – these are our busiest and most exciting times!

Experience in food and beverage is important, ideally in a similar venue. If you bring warmth, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude we can provide the training you need to succeed.
