We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to join a busy hospitality and leisure venue in a beautiful lakeside setting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The Role

As Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar. You’ll lead and motivate the front-of-house team, ensure service standards remain consistently high, and play a key role in staff training, rota management, and pre-service briefings. You’ll also assist with stock control, financial procedures, and the smooth delivery of events, conferences, and private dining.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring at least two years’ experience in a senior restaurant or hotel food and beverage position. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial controls are essential. Above all, you’ll be hands-on and passionate about providing exceptional service.
