Role Summary:
Centrally located at Coleg Cambria, the Ial Restaurant, Health Bar & Ial Coffee Shop stand as testament to our commitment to quality dining and stellar guest experiences. We are also delighted to be opening our state-of-the-art Ial Spa and Ial Spa Health Bar. We're scouting for a Front of House Assistant who can seamlessly blend professionalism with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
The role revolves around overseeing the smooth flow of the customer area and ensuring every guest receives top-notch service. Working alongside our dedicated team, you'll play a vital role in setting the tone for the guest experience from the moment they step in.
