This is a temporary Food and Beverage Assistant role at Avery Healthcare's care home in Camberley. The role involves supporting the dining service and assisting residents with their meals, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining areas, and being aware of residents' dietary requirements.

Main duties of the job

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, your focus will be to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. Other responsibilities will include supporting residents with choosing their meal options, ensuring dining tables are set to standard operating procedures, keeping the front of the house clean and well-presented, replenishing fresh cakes/biscuits and finger food options, and being aware of residents' dietary requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. Other responsibilities will include: Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options when dining. Ensuring that the standard operating procedures set dining tables. Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented and ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day. Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options. Being aware of residents dietary requirements.
