The Role:
We're seeking a passionate and professional Waiter or Waitress to join our dedicated food & beverage team, delivering exceptional service to our discerning guests in our fine dining restaurant and bars.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing exceptional table service
• Maintaining high standards of food and beverage service
• Wine service and recommendations
• Table setup and maintenance
• Guest interaction and care
• Supporting special events and functions
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items and daily specials

Hours:
Full-time position including evenings and weekends (rota basis)
Split shifts may be required

Location:
South Devon Coast
