Bally’s Casino Food & Beverage Team Members play a vital role in supporting the casino's food and beverage operations. Their primary focus is to ensure the department runs efficiently and profitably, contributing to the overall success of the business. As an F&B Team Member, you will be accountable for providing an exceptional customer experience in the casino's dining and drinking areas. You will work closely with the management team to identify ways to maximise sales and revenue, all while prioritizing guest satisfaction. Your contributions as an F&B Team Member will be instrumental in shaping the overall casino experience. Your passion for hospitality and desire to exceed expectations will be the driving force behind your success in this dynamic and rewarding position.
Please note, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide an exceptional gaming experience for our valued guests. This means that as a member of our team, you may be required to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
