Holiday Inn Hull Marina in Hull is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to deliver exceptional guest service and a memorable dining experience. You will assist with food and beverage service, maintain dining area standards, and support the team in daily operations.

The role offers £12.71 per hour for 30 hours per week across five days, with rewards and development opportunities in a supportive hospitality environment.

Formación

• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not mandatory.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Food andBeverage Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.

• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.

• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.

• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.

• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
