London Bridge Hospital in London is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant on a full-time basis. You’ll join a dedicated team delivering high-quality meals to patients and supporting them with a calm, patient-first service throughout their stay.
Shifts run from 7:00am to 10:00pm, five days out of seven. The role offers £14.80 per hour plus excellent benefits including private healthcare, pension contributions and travel support.
Great service doesn’t change just because the setting does. If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail or any role where people come first, you’ll know the difference a thoughtful interaction can make. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you’ll bring the same pride, attention to detail and care you’d offer any customer to our patients, supporting them with high-quality, freshly prepared meals and helping them feel well looked after throughout their stay.
Whether you’re guiding someone through the menu or delivering their food with care and attention, you’ll help create an experience that feels calm, personal and reassuring. Our food is prepared to an exceptional standard, and you’ll play a key part in presenting it with the warmth and professionalism it deserves. It takes a special kind of person to do this role, but if you naturally bring a warmth and confidence to the way you interact with others, we’re confident you’ll fit right in here.
You’ll deliver a standard of service no different to a high-end hotel or restaurant, where the focus is on being attentive and giving people a positive experience. Meals are an important part of any hospital stay, and you’ll help make that experience smooth and comfortable by:
