HCA Healthcare UK at The Harley Street Clinic in London is seeking a Part Time Food and Beverage Assistant to support patients with meals and meal service. Working 15 hours per week across 2 days, you’ll deliver meals, guide patients through menus, and ensure orders are accurate and on time in a hospital setting.

You should bring hospitality or customer-service experience, be comfortable speaking with patients, and uphold high hygiene standards.

**Part Time Food and Beverage Assistant****The Harley Street Clinic, London****Part time, 15 hours/ week****Shifts between 0630am and 2130pm, working 2 days out of 7, between Monday and Sunday Permanent** **£14.80/ hour + excellent benefits including private healthcare**Great service doesn’t change just because the setting does. It takes a special kind of person to do this role, but if you naturally bring a warmth and confidence to the way you interact with others, we’re confident you’ll fit right in here.**What you’ll do:**You’ll deliver a standard of service no different to a high-end hotel or restaurant, where the focus is on being attentive and giving people a positive experience. Meals are an important part of any hospital stay, and you’ll help make that experience smooth and comfortable by:* Helping patients choose meals, taking orders and delivering food across the hospital* Preparing and collecting meal trays promptly* Answering phone requests and communicating dietary needs to the kitchen* Keeping work areas clean, washing utensils and maintaining hygiene standards* Recording additional requests and following all allergen and dietary safety policies**What we’re looking for:**We’re looking for someone who puts people first - someone who knows how to support others in a busy environment and can bring that confidence into patient-facing conversations.
