Overview

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team on a casual basis at The Gables Hotel. This role involves providing excellent service to guests in our Marco Pierre Whites New York Italian 104 cover restaurant, and ensuring all of our guest’s dining experience across the hotel is enjoyable and memorable. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Applicants must be 18+ as this role will include serving drinks from our Bar. Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

This role includes a variety of shifts, including both evenings and weekends.
