Job summary

Valor Hospitality in Coventry is recruiting a friendly Food and Beverage Assistant to deliver warm hospitality and create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will support the team with food and beverage service, maintain dining area standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role offers flexible shifts, opportunities to learn new skills, and a welcoming, diverse workplace. Previous experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided and progression opportunities exist

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
