Job responsibilities

Package Description: 9 AM to 5 PM

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options when dining.
  • Ensuring that the standard operating procedures set dining tables.
  • Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented; ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
  • Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
  • Being aware of residents' dietary requirements.

Qualifications
  • To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene, have desirable experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel, and possess a basic Food Hygiene Certificate. You must also show compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
