Folkestone - Trainee Business Manager - McDonald's

Our Area Director, Paul, is seeking a hands-on Trainee Business Manager to lead his McDonald's team in the South East of England. The successful candidate should be located within a commutable distance to one of our existing Roadchef sites in Maidstone and Westerham, or to our new location on the M20 near Folkestone (opening soon).

Our Teams and Managers are the face of Roadchef, and we celebrate them as the most important part of our business. To help us "De Stress" and "Delight" our customers, we seek Managers who are inspirational leaders, passionate about coaching and developing their team members.

As part of our management team, you should have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, lead by example, and ensure our customers receive the best experience. We are proud of our brands and the career opportunities we offer, with many pathways for growth and development.

We provide full training; all you need is experience in a similar industry, a friendly attitude, teamwork spirit, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Managers at Roadchef work a flexible 5 out of 7 days shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
