Looking for a job where you can genuinely make a difference to someone's day?
Care in Kent is looking for kind, reliable and caring people to join our Folkestone Community Care Team.
As a Community Care Worker, you'll support people to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes. Every client is different, so every day brings something different too!
Our care is varied. You could provide anything from a 30-minute care visit through to longer 2, 4, 6 or even 8-hour support visits, depending on the client's individual needs.
Community care involves lone working, so once you've completed your training, shadowing and been assessed as competent, you'll travel between clients and provide care independently.
But lone working doesn't mean you're on your own – our office and on-call teams are there to support you.
We are unable to offer sponsorship
If you're looking for meaningful work, enjoy helping people and want a role where no two days are quite the same, we'd love to hear from you!
