We are looking for Front of House Team Members (Nandocas) to join our Rushden restaurant. The role involves creating unforgettable customer moments, ensuring a fun and relaxed environment, and operating the front‑of‑house to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Make guests feel valued as part of our family, creating a fun and relaxed environment.
• Give a warm welcome to guests and make them feel at home.
• Serve customers efficiently at the till, understanding and meeting their needs.
• Serve amazing food and drinks to Nando’s high standards, making customers feel fired‑up and wowed.
• Bring food and drink to the table and ensure customers have everything they need.
• Manage the takeaway customer experience.
• Set up, maintain, hand over and close down a clean, safe, and fully operational restaurant floor.
• Handle deep cleaning to Nando’s high standards.
• Follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.
