German Doner Kebab is seeking a Front of House (FOH) Team Member in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Join a rapidly expanding restaurant brand known for quality kebabs and exceptional service. As a team member, you will support daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering excellent guest service and ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.
• Assisting guests with menu selections and upselling additional items.
• Processing orders through the POS system and managing food and beverage preparation and packaging.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet brand standards and service expectations.
