German Doner Kebab is a rapidly growing restaurant brand known for changing the perception of kebabs. With over 90 restaurants worldwide, we are a leader in the Casual Dining sector, offering industry-leading service, exceptional food, and memorable guest experiences.

We are looking for enthusiastic team members who want to grow with us and contribute to our success. Your role will involve supporting the team to deliver high-quality food, excellent guest care, and outstanding service. You will be instrumental in helping us maintain our brand standards, working within a great team, and ensuring each guest has a great experience that encourages repeat visits.

Here is what you need:

  • Prioritize guest satisfaction in all tasks.
  • Maintain a positive “can do” attitude.
  • Assist guests with menu choices and upselling where appropriate.
  • Process orders through the POS system accurately.
  • Help in preparing, packing food and beverages, and delivering orders.
  • Ensure food presentation is appealing.
  • Promote additional food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Handle sales transactions, provide receipts, and serve food.
  • Greet guests warmly and genuinely.
  • Answer phone inquiries professionally.
  • Assemble and package orders according to brand standards.
  • Keep guest areas clean, sanitary, and organized.
  • Ensure all orders are complete and ready for guests.
  • Adhere to brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service.
