Your role will involve supporting the team to deliver high-quality food, excellent guest care, and outstanding service. You will be instrumental in helping us maintain our brand standards, working within a great team, and ensuring each guest has a great experience that encourages repeat visits.

Here is what you need:

• Prioritize guest satisfaction in all tasks.
• Maintain a positive “can do” attitude.
• Assist guests with menu choices and upselling where appropriate.
• Process orders through the POS system accurately.
• Help in preparing, packing food and beverages, and delivering orders.
• Ensure food presentation is appealing.
• Promote additional food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Handle sales transactions, provide receipts, and serve food.
• Greet guests warmly and genuinely.
• Answer phone inquiries professionally.
• Assemble and package orders according to brand standards.
• Keep guest areas clean, sanitary, and organized.
• Ensure all orders are complete and ready for guests.
• Adhere to brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service.
