FOH Team Member - Eltham, London, London

We are looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our growing team in Eltham, London. You will support and work as part of a team to deliver high-quality food, outstanding guest care, and excellent service. Your role is vital in helping us maintain our brand standards, work effectively within a team, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Responsibilities include:
  • Prioritizing guest satisfaction in all tasks.
  • Assisting guests with meal and drink choices, and upselling where appropriate.
  • Processing orders through the POS system.
  • Delivering orders to the kitchen and assisting in food and beverage preparation and packing.
  • Ensuring food presentation is appealing.
  • Promoting additional menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Processing sales, providing receipts, and delivering food.
  • Greeting guests warmly and genuinely.
  • Answering phone inquiries professionally.
  • Assembling and packaging orders to brand standards.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in guest areas.
  • Ensuring all orders are complete and ready for guests.
  • Adhering to brand standards and delivering exceptional service.
