In 2025, Carl’s Jr. will open its first UK restaurant, and we’re looking for passionate and dedicated Back of House Team Members to help us deliver exceptional food and service!

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in both front and back of house. You’ll be the face of Carl's Jr., providing friendly and efficient service and ensuring guests have a great experience. You’ll assist with orders, handle customer inquiries, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

In the back of house, you’ll help prepare and cook high-quality burgers, ensuring food meets Carl’s Jr. standards. You’ll also maintain a clean kitchen, follow food safety guidelines, and support smooth restaurant operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for delivering quality food and excellent service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service or kitchen work is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential!
