Slim Chickens London Russell Square is seeking Front of House Team Members to deliver warm, friendly service in a fast-paced dining environment. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve at the counter or tables, and help with seating while keeping areas clean and welcoming.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm, friendly attitude
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently at the counter or through tableservice
• Ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience
• Delivering food and drinks to guests with a smile and ensuring everything is to their satisfaction
• Assisting with seating arrangements and maintaining a clean, organised diningarea
• Handling payments and ensuring accuracy in all transactions
• Collaborating with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest inquiries orconcerns promptly

• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but notrequired—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what matter most!
